How to use the cheat:
Step 1: Paginate the following code in your DS emulator
Step 2: Open your backpack and check that you have 649 Master Balls and 100 Ultra Balls.
Step 3: Familiarize yourself with the National Pokedex number of the Pokemon you want to find.
(Example: If you want to find Milotic, your National Pokedex number is 350)
Step 4: Throw away the Master Ball until there are 350 left (equivalent to Milotic's national Pokédex number).
Step 5: Ultra Ball determines the Pokémon's level, 100 Ultra Ball means you will find a level 100 Pokémon.
Step 6: Press L+R to find level 100 Milotic (based on our example)
Tips: After using the code, remove the code and repeat the steps except the number of Master Balls and Ultra Balls destroyed, assuming you want to find different Pokémon of different levels.
